STACEY BISHOP

Stacey Bishop enjoyed a diverse career in Fire, Rescue and Emergency Services for over 15 years, including as a firefighter and paramedic. After retiring in 2000, Stacey embarked on a career in Modular construction, first in sales, then ultimately opening her own Modular company in 2004. Because of her knowledge and expertise in modular construction, Stacey was peer nominated as a charter member of the Builder Advisory Committee for Modular Construction. She is also an experienced Permit Expeditor and Project Manager. She is also a Licensed Realtor and Certified Buyer Broker, assests in assisting clients looking for properties suitable for their construction projects. Additionally, she designed and built her own Modular home in 2002. And when her home was severely damaged as a result of Hurricane Sandy, she once again went the Modular route and is having it replaced with a custom modular home! LEROY DUNWELL

There is nothing about Modular Construction that Leroy doesn't know! With over 2 decades of experience, Leroy is an expert site forman who oversees the final inspections and preparations for all projects to ensure the job site is ready, thereby avoiding costly delays the day of the set. The day the Modular units are erected, Leroy is leading the team! From setting up the crane to positioning carriers to troubleshooting to site management, the day begins and ends on his watch. He will also review the shiploose manifest and work with the factory on obtaining any shortages, and will always be on hand to answer any questions about the set or completion of the home. COLLEEN HUEMMER

Colleen Huemmer is a paralegal and has worked in the real estate legal field for 18 years.  She bought her own modular home in 1998.  She has worked in mortgage finance, title, and all aspects of the real estate transaction from start to finish. Her past skills help her clients get through the transaction smoothly. Colleen started working with N.E. Custom Modular in 2005 and has helped build numerous homes on Long Island. She is an experienced Project Manager and Permit Expeditor who ensures the project meets the expectation of the customer.  She will see the process from the first meeting with the client to the delivery of the keys to the customer, and beyond.
